All orders placed on the LallaLekbira website are fulfilled from U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.
Orders received before 1:30 PM (local warehouse time) are typically processed the same business
day. Orders received after this cutoff are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped using major U.S. carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Priority delivery: 1–3 business days.
Expedited options may be available.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically generated and shared with customers once the order ships.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be new or gently used
and returned with original components. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within
7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Eligible claims
may receive a replacement or full refund.
